ALPÉON is a young company specialising in the short-term rental management of holiday properties across the French Alps.
We currently manage around a hundred homes across the main Alpine resorts, representing 120 million euros in assets, each treated as an asset to be optimised.
Our model is built on guaranteed rent: we become the exclusive tenant of the properties entrusted to us and pay owners a fixed rent, while handling the rental operation ourselves.
Our offer comes in two ranges: Signatures, for exceptional properties, and Residences, for quality homes at more accessible budgets. An expertise set to extend, in time, to the operation of residences and hotels.
